1. By using www.prexenta.com and/or any sub-site of www.prexenta.com (as defined below; collectively, including all content available through the Prexenta.com domain name and/or any sub-domain name such as www.mycompany.com), is owned, maintained and operated by ARTEXACTA S.R.L. and by using any of the services provided on the website (as defined bellow) you signify your assent to both these terms and conditions which are published at www.prexenta.com, and which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Prexenta service.

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Prexenta Services and they shall apply to all users of Prexenta, including users offering content and/or other materials or services on or through the virtual showcase. By using the Prexenta Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You are only authorized to use the Prexenta Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the Prexenta website and discontinue use of the Prexenta services immediately. If you wish to become a member and make use of the Prexenta services, you must read this agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

Prexenta may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the website www.prexenta.com. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Prexenta Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

You may not use the Prexenta services to post, disseminate or communicate any obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Prexenta Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Users and for your interactions with other Users. Prexenta does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by the Prexenta team prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Prexenta or ARTEXACTA S.R.L. Prexenta makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to, or receive from, other Users.

2. Your virtual showcase Subdomains

When you create your virtual showcase, Prexenta gives you the flexibility to choose your own subdomain for your showcase (" handicrafts" in the example: http://handicrafts.prexenta.com) (" Virtual showcase Subdomain"). Prexenta maintains ownership of your virtual showcase Subdomain and grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, freely revocable, license solely to use the virtual showcase Subdomain on the Sites. The Subdomain you choose for your virtual showcase and your account are non-transferable. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your virtual showcase Subdomain and account. At any time, however, you may purchase your own custom domain name or contact us to purchase your domain.

3. Free trial

Your 30-day free trial begins when you complete your company registration. During this trial you will receive notifications via e-mail reminding you the days left for the trial period. After the 30-day trial period your company will be blocked, which means it won’t be visible on the web, unless you acquire our monthly or annual package.

By using the Prexenta Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of such information and your use of Prexenta Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
